Every new client begins with a fully personalised daily plan covering sleep, diet, supplementation and routine. Developed by Dr Persephone drawing on her expertise as a qualified herbalist and nutrition practitioner, this foundation addresses the physical roots of anxiety before coaching begins.

The NeuroCalm Method

NeuroCalm is Dr Persephone’s own integrative approach to anxiety and stress coaching, combining EFT tapping, vagal toning, CBT, NLP and Thought Field Therapy. Rather than applying a single technique, NeuroCalm draws on multiple evidence-based modalities to address anxiety at both the neurological and emotional level — tailored to each individual client.
