Why Online Works for Anxiety

For many people experiencing anxiety, leaving the house, travelling or sitting in an unfamiliar environment can be a barrier in itself. Online sessions take place in your own space, removing that barrier entirely and allowing you to engage from a place of comfort and safety.

Private Online Whiteboard

Every client has their own private online classroom with integrated video and notes. Techniques, resources and session content can all be revisited at any time — particularly useful when anxiety makes it difficult to retain information in the moment.

Flexible & Consistent

Consistency is one of the most important factors in managing anxiety effectively. Online sessions make it easier to maintain a regular schedule, removing the practical obstacles that can otherwise interrupt progress.

Your Personal Daily Protocol

Every new client begins with a fully personalised daily plan covering sleep, diet, supplementation and routine. Developed by Dr Persephone drawing on her expertise as a qualified herbalist and nutrition practitioner, this foundation addresses the physical roots of anxiety before coaching begins.

The NeuroCalm Method

NeuroCalm is Dr Persephone’s own integrative approach to anxiety and stress coaching, combining EFT tapping, vagal toning, CBT, NLP and Thought Field Therapy. Rather than applying a single technique, NeuroCalm draws on multiple evidence-based modalities to address anxiety at both the neurological and emotional level — tailored to each individual client

Exam Anxiety & Performance Stress

For students, Dr Persephone offers targeted support for exam anxiety, performance pressure and academic stress — combining her expertise as both a tutor and anxiety coach to address the academic and emotional dimensions together.

Emotional Regulation & Stress Response

Sessions help clients understand their own anxiety patterns, triggers and stress responses, and develop practical tools to interrupt and reframe them. Work covers the nervous system, emotional regulation and building long-term resilience.

  • Coaching is future-focused and practical — it helps you develop strategies, build skills and make positive changes in your daily life. It is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment. If you are currently receiving clinical support, coaching can work alongside it. If Dr Persephone feels a referral to a clinical professional would better serve your needs, she will say so.

  • No formal diagnosis is required. Coaching is open to anyone who experiences challenges with focus, executive function, emotional regulation or learning — whether diagnosed or not.

  • Sessions take place via a private online platform with integrated video and a shared whiteboard. Dr Persephone will send you a link before your first session. No specialist software is needed — just a device with a camera and internet connection.

  • You will receive a unique link by email before each session. Simply click the link at your scheduled time — no account or sign-up is required.

  • Check that your browser has permission to access your camera and microphone. Chrome and Safari work best. If the problem persists, contact Dr Persephone directly and she will resolve it before your session begins.

  • A laptop, tablet or desktop computer with a camera, microphone and stable internet connection. A tablet or phone can work but a larger screen is recommended for the best experience.

  • Each session is 60 minutes.

  • Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or card. Block bookings of six sessions are available at a discounted rate of £55 per session.

  • As students or clients may be on a waiting list for a particular day and time, we do ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel a session. Unless there are mitigating circumstances, 50% of the session fee will be chargeable if there is no reasonable notice or ‘no show’ within 12 hours of the session time.

  • Sessions are available weekdays between 9:00am and 8:00pm BST. Please contact Dr Persephone to discuss availability and arrange a regular slot or book through the website.
